B2B Outbound Sales & Email Automation Manager

Groweik is looking for an experienced B2B Outbound Sales & Email Automation Manager to manage our complete USA-focused outbound sales operation, from lead generation and cold email campaigns to qualified meetings and CRM management.

Responsibilities

Build and manage targeted USA B2B prospect lists.

Research companies and identify decision-makers.

Manage multiple domains, inboxes, email campaigns and follow-up sequences.

Manage email warm-up, deliverability, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and list hygiene.

Write personalized cold emails and conduct A/B testing.

Monitor replies, qualify leads and book sales meetings.

Manage CRM and maintain the complete sales pipeline.

Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize campaigns.

Use AI and automation tools to improve lead research, personalization, follow-up and reporting.

Prepare daily/weekly outbound performance reports.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in B2B cold email, lead generation or outbound sales.

Proven experience targeting USA/international clients.

Strong English writing and communication skills.

Good understanding of email deliverability, SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

Experience with tools such as Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Lemlist, Clay, HubSpot, n8n, Make or Zapier is preferred.

Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
